1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Ursula Wetzig to consumers . A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button [Order] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of withdrawal excluding individual/ custom made products
4.1 You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For individual, costom made products such as printed products which are specifically made by third parties, there will be no right for withdrawal. If there is anything wrong with the quality of the print or the product, there will be correction. The cancellation period for withdrawal is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.  To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling you that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
5. Prices and shipping costs

5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place within Europe by post.
6.2 Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product page.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment can be made either in advance / bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards or cash on collection.
7.2 You are only entitled to offset if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court of law or are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.
7.3 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.
9. Information on the ordering process
When you have found the desired product, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button [add to shopping cart]. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button [shopping cart]. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the [Delete] button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the button [checkout]. Please then enter your details. The mandatory information is marked with a *. Registration is not required. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, you can click the [Check entries] button to go to the order page, on which you can check your entries again. You complete the ordering process by clicking the [Order] button. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. You can view the general terms and conditions at any time on this page. If you have created a customer account, you can view your customer data at any time under ‘customer/member login’. The order details will be sent to you by email. After completing the order, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons
